The final full day of the campaign is here. In Norwich, we are focusing on canvassing and delivery of literature including the Contract between David Cameron and the British people.
I’m particularly proud to support his demonstration of plain promises because the ‘contract’ idea was, in fact, first done by my team in the Norwich North by-election last year!
We have found a lot of support on the doorsteps and in all the places I have visited. People want change. People want energy, vision and ideas both locally and nationally. I have worked hard as the local MP for just the last eight months since the by-election, and am seeking re-election so I can carry on offering more.
You can help in the vital last full day of campaigning. We have plenty to do to make sure that we meet as many voters as possible in this vital target seat. Don’t forget – if we lose Norwich North back to Labour we are at risk of losing the election campaign.
Everyone has been working hard to bring change – from David Cameron’s strong performance in the debates, to the endless door knocking of all our activists up and down the country. Let’s keep it up until the very last moment.
If you can come to Norwich North and help deliver or door knock, please get in touch. You’ll be made welcome at any time.
